Rebuilding of Nara Prefecture’s Yotoku Gakusha

PPP project in which a Hulic-led consortium rebuilt the aging Yotoku Gakusha, a student residence owned by the Nara Prefectural government, took out a 50-year fixed-term lease on the land freed up by the redevelopment, and used it to build rental condominiums.

Redevelopment of site vacated by Fukui Junior High School, Taito Ward, Tokyo

PPP project in which a site vacated by a junior high school and owned by Taito Ward is to be leased by a Hulic-led consortium, which will build and operate a private-sector facility alongside facilities designated by Taito Ward, including a multipurpose hall.

Structure: 12 floors above ground, 2 floors below
Completion: 2013

Redevelopment of Shibaura Water Reclamation Center

PPP project to lease part of the site of Shibaura Water Reclamation Center and build an energy-efficient office and commercial building over an underground sewerage facility operated by Tokyo Waterworks Department.

(Consortium consisting of Hulic, NTT Urban Development, Taisei Corporation, Tokyo City-Development, NTT Facilities and Nihon Suiko Sekkei)
