Working with an SPC (Special Purpose Company), this 2-phase Joint Building-Development Project is redeveloping 2 adjacent buildings. The 24-story office building (with 2 underground floors) was completed in 2007. The commercial building and atrium are now under construction, and scheduled for completion in 2009.
This is the first "Urban Revitalization Special Zone" to be designated in Sendai, and is receiving priority "Town Renewal Investment" financing from the Organization for Promoting Urban Development.
