Management Policy

With the aim of accelerating the pace of growth achieved so far, we have formulated a medium-term business plan for FY2010-FY2012. The basic strategies of the medium-term business plan are to substantially raise revenues from leasing operations by systematically promoting reconstruction, our main growth driver; to cultivate and develop new growth areas; to move forward with business management sensitive to environmental issues; and to further strengthen our business foundation as a basis for further growth.

As an initial step toward achieving the goals of the medium-term business plan, we implemented a corporate reorganization on July 1, 2010. First, we span off our insurance agency as a separate company in order to achieve a structure able to respond quickly to the rapidly changing business environment in the insurance sector, promote quick decision-making and improve customer service. Additionally, we merged with two real estate leasing companies with superior office building portfolios similar to our own as a means of further strengthening our earnings capability.
