In recent years, the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan has been increasing while travel demand among the country’s senior citizens has also been on the rise. Given the outlook for tourism growth in the future, Hulic has been focusing on hotel investments, expanding operations of luxury ryokans, and developing directly operated hotels, including the Gate Hotel in Tokyo.
