Hulic’s History of Growth and Achievements
Our company was established with a capital of JPY30 million and was initially registered as Nihonbashi Kogyo Co., Ltd.
In January 2007, marking our 50th anniversary, we changed our name to Hulic Co., Ltd. and have been leveraging our assets and pursuing new business opportunities.

Established Nihonbashi Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Started property management for the former Fuji Bank (now Mizuho Bank) branch buildings and insurance agency business
Capital: JPY30 million - 2007
Changed corporate name to Hulic Co., Ltd.

Listed shares on the First Section of
the Tokyo Stock Exchange
Capital: JPY3,879 million - 2010
- Spun off insurance agency business as Hulic Insurance Service Co., Ltd.
- Merged with two real estate leasing companies
(Senshu Shoji Co., Ltd. and Fuyo General Development and Finance Co., Ltd.)

- Completed Hulic Ginza Sukiyabashi Building
- Established Hulic Hotel Management Co., Ltd.
Full-scale entry into tourism-related business
- 2012
- Merged with Shoei Co., Ltd.
- The 1st of THE GATE HOTEL Series
- Opened THE GATE HOTEL KAMINARIMON by HULIC*

Made Nippon View Hotel CO., LTD., a subsidiary
