For more than half a century, we at Hulic have operated a real estate business centered on a portfolio of numerous offices and commercial facilities in central Tokyo. With the many advantages of a strong business foundation built on Tokyo's prime locations, we have continued to grow and steadily improve profits and dividends.
In our results for fiscal 2024, we achieved the best performance since our listing in all profit items (consolidated) due to an increase in property sales gain as well as leasing income from newly completed and newly acquired properties.
Under the Medium-term Management Plan (2025-2027, progressing two years ahead of schedule) and the Medium- and Long-term Management Plan (2020-2029), we will continue to develop the leasing business by "Driving Innovation and Accelerating Progress", strengthen new business fields, and reinforce our business foundation.
