For more than half a century, we at Hulic have operated a real estate business centered on a portfolio of numerous offices and commercial facilities in central Tokyo. With the many advantages of a strong business foundation built on Tokyo's prime locations, we have continued to grow and steadily improve profits and dividends.
In our results for fiscal 2025, we achieved the best performance since our listing in all profit items (consolidated) due to an increase in property sales gain as well as leasing income from newly completed and newly acquired properties.
Under the Medium- and Long-term Management Plan (2026-2036) “Transformation, Evolution and Growth”, we will build a distinctive and resilient business portfolio by incorporating diversified growth businesses centered on the real estate in order to pursue and achieve stable and sustained growth and shareholder value enhancement.
