We explain our initiatives for creating a material-recycling society.

We have standardized longer life buildings that can accommodate tenant needs flexibly and can be used safely over a 100 years designs in our efforts to reduce waste emissions.

We are developing fireproof wooden buildings, and planning an afforestation project to plant the same amount of wood that we used for wooden construction.

We are advancing 3R (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) movement throughout the Group.
