Urban Data Centers
With the rapid progress of digitalization, we are actively promoting developments of ‘urban data centers’ that provide high connectivity in Tokyo. Connectivity is becoming more important as the domestic data traffic is increasing.
Representative Project
Hulic Nihonbashi Center
A former Bank's building in Tokyo central ‘Nihonbashi’ area will be redeveloped as a data center. This is our first development project of urban data center, and will provide good reception environment which is strongly demanded in Tokyo central area.
Narita Logistics Development Project "WING NRT"

R&D Facilities
With the development of biotechnology and life sciences and the promotion of innovation through industrial-academic-governmental cooperation, we are developing research institutions as next-generation assets that are expected to grow in the future.

JFE Minami-watarida North Side of the Northern District
Promoting a project to develop a community centered on research facilities in a location with high transportation convenience. It is a 3 min walk from "Hamakawasaki" station, and 5km from Haneda Airport.

Hulic Logistics Series
Developing "Hulic Logistics Series" mainly inside and along Route 16 circle where densely populated.
