We are planning to develop a facility that will serve as the home arena for "Altiri Chiba,“ a B. League professional basketball club which we sponsor. The arena will be accommodating around 20,000 people, one of the largest capacities in Japan for a basketball arena. It will also be a multi-use facility, capable of hosting music concerts and entertainment events. We are targeting the opening in 2030.
Flexible Office/Rental Office Business
Entered the rental office business, where demand is expected to grow with the increase in the number of start-ups as well as diverse workstyles.
Agribusiness
Addressing population decline and food supply issues in the agribusiness by establishing a new agricultural model using ICT. Producing and selling tomatoes in Yamanashi Prefecture and strawberries in Kagawa Prefecture. Also producing and selling flowers in Vietnam.
Business investments in startups
Investing in both unlisted and listed companies in fields where business collaboration is expected and companies that contribute to solving social issues. Established a corporate venture capital (CVC) fund in 2021, and also began investing directly in startups in 2024.
Senior citizen-related business
Owns an industry leading portfolio of approximately 5,000 well located senior living units.
Also promotes business for well-being of active seniors such as developing exclusive membership-only club for senior citizens, and exploring the development and operation of active senior residences to serve the expanding affluent market.
